Q3 results highlight strong revenue growth, structural discipline, and preparation to onboard new operators into BRMG’s ecosystem.
Q3 revenue grew more than 20% over the previous quarter. The company is also on pace to more than double its revenue year over year, projecting 2.2x growth in 2025 compared to 2024. This reinforces demand for BRMG’s operator-first approach. While profitability varied across divisions, the company says these differences have provided clarity on the common levers of success and further validated its “little machines” philosophy - the idea that each operator represents a repeatable, disciplined model that can be tuned for scale and then replicated across the platform.
“Quarter three was about proof,” said co-founder Alex Verdurmen. “We now see clearly what works, where we need to refine, and how to prepare for the scale ahead. Building these little machines is not about chasing every opportunity - it’s about discipline, repeatability, and long-term vision.”
“At BRMG, our focus is on preparing the platform for scale,” added co-founder Matthew Hollingshead. “That means building the systems, discipline, and support required to onboard new operators into our ecosystem smoothly. Every step we take now is about making sure future operators can plug in, perform, and grow.”
At the holding company level, Hover Group completed structural cleanup, simplified its balance sheet, and engaged a fractional CFO to prepare the business for future capital intake. This groundwork positions BRMG to bring in additional operators and pursue partnerships that align with its model.
"Since joining the BRMG team I have found that it has been a very collaborative and supportive group that provides the resources I need. I am glad to be part of this new agency model that allows me to focus on the growth of my business going forward," said Dack Heslop, a BRMG operator.
Looking ahead, BRMG plans to grow its roster of operators in a disciplined way, with a target of five by year-end. “We’re not building a traditional agency,” Hollingshead added. “We’re building a modern brokerage platform where independent operators and their customers can thrive together.”
